SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders placed on workdays and paid via Ideal before 15:00 are generally sent the same (work) day. No orders will be shipped during the weekend. You will receive an e-mail from us with the tracking number as soon as we have your order ready for shipment ..
Orders paid via credit card or Paypal can be sent 1 day later due to security checks.
Orders from €uro 300.00 are shipped free with UPS standard service within the Netherlands.

For shipments abroad, the exact shipping price depends on the weight of the shipment and the country to which the shipment is being sent. These shipping costs are automatically calculated for you when you place the order. You can also request the costs for UPS shipments on each product page. Click on the shipping button.
We mainly use UPS for sending orders. When you complete the order you can select the desired service.
SHIPPING WITH UPS
Packages sent via UPS are insured and are not delivered to the neighbors unless specifically indicated. UPS does 2 delivery attempts. After this first attempt you can choose another delivery time or even a different delivery address. UPS only delivers on weekdays.
It may happen that you order returned product (s) or a part of it after receipt to us. You may do this no later than 14 days after receipt of the order (the so-called cooling-off period).
To be able to make use of this regulation a number of conditions apply.
- Request your return number via email.
- Within 14 days after delivery of the order including (copy) invoice.
- The product is complete (including protective films). Neatly used. Undamaged and is cleared of passwords, Email addresses and any used tokens have been restored.
- The product is, if reasonably possible, packed in the original packaging using transparent tape! without unnecessary stickers and / or provided with notes.
- The costs for returning are for your own account.
With visible traces of use, non-removal of passwords, email addresses or non-repaired tokens, you receive a partial payment of 75% of the original purchase price.Examples of wear and tear: Incomplete and / or without packaging, the product is damaged or dirty.
As soon as we have received the return shipment in good order, the amount will be refunded to your account within 5 working days.
FAULT OR MISUSE
Is a product defective, did you receive the wrong product or do you have questions about the operation of your product? Send us an e-mail with a clear description of the problem and always refer to the order number for a quick processing of your request. Of course, calling is always possible. This contributes to a faster treatment of your question.
